Jacoby Daniels

Daniels completed his 200 HR training in 2023 and my 300/500 HR training in 2025. He’s been doing yoga on & off since middle school (2005). It started as a program for him to protect himself from injuries as a goalie and became a consistent practice after college.

As a teacher, he wants to share what yoga has given him with his students. As someone with chronic anxiety and IBS, yoga has helped him find ways to alleviate some of the common symptoms/issues that come with the two. Additionally, as a black and queer human, yoga has helped him come to terms with some of the unfair and unjust things we see occur everyday in this world.
